No. SunBot's coins are play money for your server: they're never sold, can't be bought and can't be cashed out, and neither can SunCoin. The only thing for sale is a server's plan.

Every game, the economy, moderation and the dashboard, on every server and with no time limit. Finishing /setup also gives you 7 days of Basic. The paid plans add extras for big communities: see Plans compared.

English and Ukrainian, chosen per server in /setup or on the dashboard's Config page.

SunBot keeps what it needs to run the economy (ids, balances, levels, game history) and never what people write. /deletedata deletes your profile on a server; the privacy policy has the rest.

Run /premium on your server and pick a plan: the checkout is on Whop, and the plan switches on by itself once it's paid.

Subscriptions renew every month. Cancel any time in your Whop account; the plan stays active until the end of the paid month.

Payments go through Whop. SunBot never sees or stores card details.

Nothing is deleted. The server goes back to the free features, the paid extras stop (the bot's own look comes back, for example), and everything returns if you renew.

Type / and wait a second: Discord sometimes takes a moment. If they still don't appear, check that SunBot is in the member list and that the channel lets members use application commands (channel settings → Permissions → Use Application Commands). Moderation commands only show to members with the matching permission.

Discord only lets a bot give roles below its own. In Server Settings → Roles, drag SunBot's role above the roles it should hand out, and make sure it has Manage Roles.

It's printed only after a week with a few players in it, so a quiet week is skipped. It also needs a channel it can post in (announcements, events or the bot's channel) and the switch on the Games page.

An admin switched it off. Dashboard → Games or /admin → Features turns it back on.

A feed that fails ten checks in a row pauses itself; the Feeds page says why. Fix the source or the channel permissions and switch it back on.

Every change to a balance is logged, so it can be checked. Open a ticket with /support and say when it happened.
