Add it and run /setup
Five minutes, start to finish. You need the Manage Server permission on the server you're adding SunBot to.
1. Add SunBot to your server
- Press Add to Discord, pick your server and confirm the permissions.
- SunBot joins and posts a short welcome. Nothing is set up yet: that's the next step.
/purge and /slowmode. Each one is used only by the feature that needs it.2. Run /setup
Type /setup in any channel. It's a short wizard, with Back and Next on every step:
- Language: English or Ukrainian, for everything the bot posts on your server.
- Economy template: the economy's style (below).
- Economy levels: the starting balance new players get and the size of the daily reward.
- Channels: where bot commands, events and the bot's logs go. Skip any, and the current channel is used.
- Confirm: check it and press Apply.
When it's done you get a starting bonus to try the games, and 7 days of Basic start: role income, automated events, your own currency and more. The finish screen says until when. Run /setup again any time to change the answers.
The economy templates

Every number a template sets can be changed later, one by one, on the dashboard's Economy and Games pages. /template shows the current one or switches to another.
3. After /setup
- Open the dashboard at dashboard.sunbotapp.com and sign in with Discord: every setting has a page there. In Discord,
/adminhas the quick switches. See Dashboard & /admin. - Move SunBot's role up. In Server Settings → Roles, drag SunBot's role above the rank roles and any role you want it to hand out. Discord doesn't let a bot give a role that sits above its own.
- Pick a level-up channel and a mod log if you want level-ups and moderation cards in their own channels (dashboard: Config and Moderation pages).
- Tell your members to try
/daily,/missionsand/help. Their first command gets them a welcome with today's missions.
Removing SunBot
Kick it like any bot. Your server's data isn't deleted when SunBot leaves, so the progress is still there if you add it back; ask us and we delete it. A player can delete their own data on a server with /deletedata. The privacy policy has the details.
