Terms of service
Last updated: September 27, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Discord bot SunBot and related services ("Service"). By adding the bot to your server or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
SunBot is a Discord bot for entertainment and server economy management. Features include: virtual currency (strictly virtual), casino games using virtual coins, role shop, leaderboards, daily bonuses, sports betting, and analytics. The Service does not involve real-money wagering and is not gambling in any legal sense.
2. PLANS AND SUBSCRIPTION
The Service is available in three plans:
| Plan | Price | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| ⬜ Free | Free | Full economy, all 16 casino games, 5 shop items |
| 💎 Basic | €2 / month | Auto-events, income roles, multipliers, 25 items |
| 👑 Premium | €5 / month | Everything in Basic + sports betting, Telegram panel, ∞ shop |
★ Finishing /setup gives a server 7 days of Basic for free, once.
- A subscription is valid for one Discord server.
- Subscriptions are purchased through Whop and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Plan features activate immediately after payment confirmation.
3. PAYMENT
- Whop — online payment (card and other methods supported by Whop). Whop independently handles payments and billing; the subscription is managed from your Whop account.
All prices are listed in euros (€). Checkout starts from the /premium command in Discord or the pricing section on this site.
4. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not provided except in the following cases:
- A technical error caused the subscription to not be received or incorrectly activated after payment.
- Double charge for the same billing period.
To submit a request: Telegram. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
Cancelling a Whop subscription stops the next charge. The current paid period remains active until its end date.
5. VIRTUAL CURRENCY
All currency within SunBot is strictly virtual and has no real monetary value. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or converted into real money. In-game balances and items cannot be sold or transferred between servers.
6. PROHIBITED USE
The following are prohibited:
- Using the Service in violation of Discord's Terms of Service.
- Automated abuse of commands (botting, spam, flooding).
- Attempts to bypass limits, gain unauthorized access, or destabilize the Service.
- Reselling or transferring access to a paid plan to third parties.
7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We strive for stable operation but do not guarantee 100% continuous uptime. Maintenance, updates, or outages may temporarily limit access. Extended downtime (over 72 hours) may be grounds for a refund request.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be announced through our Discord support server or Telegram bot. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for: indirect damages, loss of virtual currency or progress due to outages, or actions of third parties on Discord servers.
