We decided to move away from the traditional web dashboard and go all-in on Discord Activities. Why? Because we want to keep your community engaged right where they already are — in voice chats. No external browser tabs, no friction. Just pure multiplayer fun that feeds your server's economy and activity.

🔄 What changed

• Interactive gaming in voice: launched Texas Hold'em Poker (up to 9 players, time bank, chip animations, hand history), multiplayer Roulette (one shared spin for the whole channel) and Plinko — directly inside Discord voice channels.
• Provably fair, visibly: every round commits to a seed hash before it plays and reveals the seed after. In Poker you can literally watch the deck math check out; Crash rounds verify with one 🔐 button.
• Poker that feels like a poker room: action pre-select (Check/Fold while you wait), pot odds under the Call button, blind-relative chip stacks that slide to the winner, dealing animations, even a blindfold mode if you like living dangerously.
• Zero friction: hop on voice, hit 🚀, play instantly with friends. UI tuned for desktop and mobile Discord.
• App Directory: SunBot Casino is now discoverable — just search “SunBot” in Discord.

• Multiple tables & stake levels — pick your blinds, from micro to whale, sized to your server's economy.
• More games in voice — Blackjack and Crash are the top candidates.
• Chip skins — golden and striped chip sets are already sketched.
• Try-before-invite demo — play the Activity even on servers without the bot.

📈 What we're expecting

We predict this shift will make voice channels meaningfully more active. Instead of just talking, communities can now do something together — and shared wins (or shared bad beats) are what people come back for. That's retention you can feel.
